Long day

Woke up at 7 am did an hr of cardio hit the road by 930 and worked till 2 then had an hr confrence call at 3 followed by an hour workout. Im beat good thing Angie is making dinner.

Lunch today the pizza tour continued as i hit up the pizza hut buffet in Ames. Tommorrow is Little Ceasers which i am really lookin fwd to.

Xmas party over the weekend i scored a dartboard. What a shitty prize. They gave a ton of money away i think the company is working for the mafia they should not have this much money to give away
