The Waiting is the hardest part

Boy Tom Petty really hit the nail on the head with that one. I have been waiting for a week now about the new position im up for and its killing me. Finally last night my boss sends me an email saying that whoever gets the Sales Manager position will take over as boss of my territory. Thats good and bad. Its good because that means i might not have to move to Omaha. I got nothing against moving besides my gym in my basement. About 5 thousand pounds of weight that im going to have to move if i move and that would suck. Im pretty confident about getting the job but i have a small bit of doubt seeing as how all the managers in that position are at least 50 yrs old, so i would be pretty young. The worst thing about it is if i dont get the job whoever does is my new boss so i will always look at that guy and say dammit that should have been me. One bad part if i get the job will be i will have to find someone to replace me and someone to work in the Sioux City area ASAP or else ill be doing all that work and i definetly dont want all that extra work on my plate

(Edit: Sorry about the Tom Petty pic man hes freaky and will prob give nightmares. I cant stand Petty. The best thing he ever did was copy Roger McGuinn and slime his way in with Dylan and Harrison.)
