Moving on up or down and all around

Well today i had my long awaited interview for the sales manager job for Iowa, Kansas, Missouri, and Nebraska. I think it went pretty well for the most part. I already know what the job entails etc so basically it was what questions did i have and talking about my past work experiences and college. She seemed to be pretty impressed with my background at Hy-Vee and the college degrees. I really think the only way i dont get this job is if age comes into play. Some guy thats been with the company for 3 yrs who may not have a degree or the experience i have may just beat me out because people will look at him better maybe because hes 45 yrs old. But who knows. Im sure it might be weird bossing around people that are my dads age but oh well.

However it looks like they have changed there mind and would like me to stay in Des Moines instead of moving to Omaha. Two more interviews to do and they will get back to me. So i wait
