New Years Resolution
My new years resolution is up in the air right now. My goal was to be on my way to finally getting up to 250lbs however i am second guessing this now. My goal for the last 4 yrs or so was to be as big as i could get. 18 months ago i was up to a lean and trim 180 now im finally up to 225. Im debating going back down to 200 or up to 250. All the muscle im carrying around is starting to get to me however its hell on my knees which are in bad shape as is and eating to sustain 225 is not easy. 3 protein shakes a day, breakfast 6 egg whites and a bowl of oatmeal, lunch 2-3 ckn breasts and vegeatables , dinner some kind of meat and vegeatables or pizza from time to time plus a snack before bed usually cottage cheese or peanut butter something.
However trimming down is gonna mean i will need to really up the cardio which is not as fun as weights. Got me, plus trimming down ill have to say goodbye to my 19 inch biceps. I dont know what the fuck to do maybe give up all together

i'm sticking it out at a strong 5'11", 155. my goal is to grow another 2" this year while maintaing my weight. rock on wit yo bad self.
